About the Author

Background

Mrs. V. Narcisse holds two Master of Science degrees: one from Capella University and another from the University of Houston-Downtown.  I am a dedicated advocate and mentor that empower people to succeed and obtain their goals.  I have written Figure It Out: Navigating Economic and Political Upheaval in 2025 with my husband Weldon Narcisse, Jr.  I founded the Houston Chapter of Federally Employed Women (FEW), an organization established to support and uplift women working across various federal agencies in the Houston, Texas area.  Through my work, I have championed professional development, equity, and leadership opportunities for everyone in public and private service.  My commitment to education and community-building reflects a lifelong passion of inspiring others to lead with purpose and confidence.
